Climate of innovation

The PROMISE GateWay Toolkit cannot operate effectively in isolation. The requirement is to create and/or improve a positive climate of innovation within a company. Although outside the scope of the toolkit itself this is considered fundamental to long-term success.

There are many ways to assist this and some of the sign-posted tools and techniques within the toolkit will help.
